Delaware’s young entrepreneurs are set to succeed at #MILLSUMMIT 2022

Wilmington, Del.-The sixth annual #MILLSUMMIT conference for young professionals returns this summer. Hosted virtually on Tuesday August 2, and in-person at The Queen in downtown Wilmington, Del. on August 3 & 4, this year’s conference will be the first of its kind in an ever-changing post-pandemic world.

“We value the virtual community we’ve been able to reach over the last two years,” says Executive Director of Spur Impact Charlie Vincent, “We want to offer our loyal local attendees the in-person experience we’ve all been missing, while still engaging our community that spans across the U.S.”

With the entire conference offered virtually for a ticket price of $149, the #MILLSUMMIT can be viewed from anywhere in the world.

Just as in years past, #MILLSUMMIT 2022 gives young professionals an opportunity to attend a variety of sessions related to their professional and personal life, listen to inspiring keynote speakers, and network with hundreds of other forward-thinking young professionals. This year’s theme is ‘What it’s like to be a [top performing] young professional’ and will offer topics such as leadership development, salary negotiation, how art can be therapeutic, goal setting, and personal finance.

In addition to breakout sessions that cover a variety of engaging topics, #MILLSUMMIT 2022 is offering a dynamic line-up of keynote speakers:

  • Terri Trespicio | Brand Storyteller. Author of Unfollow Your Passion
  • Lily Zheng | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist and Consultant. Author of DEI Deconstructed
