With a science-backed approach, small group training, and a highly personalized 4:1 client-to-trainer ratio, the studio quickly built a loyal community—achieving an impressive 90% client retention rate while helping clients thrive both physically and mentally.
As demand grew, Walter partnered with the Delaware SBDC and advisor Troy Farmer to thoughtfully plan the studio’s next phase of growth. Through strategic business planning, Walter developed a roadmap to expand into a larger facility opening in late 2025, while also laying the groundwork for future locations. That intentional approach paid off when The Butterfly Effect Studio was named the Grand Prize Winner of Swim With The Sharks in 2025—highlighting the strength of the business model and its impact in the community.
