Formerly known as Cosmos Pharmaceuticals, the company rebranded to Cosmos Rx in 2026 to reflect its growing focus on medication safety and digital health solutions. At the center of its platform is FortisKap, an intelligent medication management device that goes far beyond basic reminder systems. The technology combines layered security, data-driven insights, and clinical connectivity to help patients stay on track with their prescriptions while giving healthcare providers better visibility into adherence and treatment outcomes.
As Cosmos Rx continued developing its platform and preparing for future growth, access to capital became an important step in scaling the company’s operations and bringing its technology to market.
Accelerating Growth Through Strategic Investment
Cosmos Rx has already demonstrated strong momentum, recently securing a $1.3 million seed funding round to support the continued development of its FortisKap platform.
To support that next phase, Cosmos Rx secured $500,000 through Delaware’s Accelerator and Seed Capital Program (DASCP), administered by the Delaware Division of Small Business. The program supports early-stage companies with the resources they need to grow and innovate right here in the First State. For Cosmos Rx, this investment is helping build the foundation for expansion—supporting operations, strengthening infrastructure, and growing the team behind the technology.
With additional support from the DASCP program, the company is well-positioned to expand its impact within the healthcare technology space.

As Director CJ Bell and Business Finance Director Jory Moore, from the Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB), joined the Delaware SBDC and Cosmos Rx teams to present the award, there was time to reflect on the state’s ongoing commitment to supporting companies shaping the future of healthcare and technology. Cosmos Rx worked closely with Delaware SBDC Advisors throughout the DASCP application process, helping secure this important growth capital through a program designed to strengthen Delaware’s startup ecosystem. Delaware’s well-connected support network provided guidance and encouragement to keep this company on track throughout the funding journey.
