It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of Sarah Mailloux, our esteemed Associate State Director, who will be leaving the Delaware Small Business Development Center at the beginning of August 2025. Sarah has accepted an exciting opportunity to serve as State Director of the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (PASBDC), operating from a lead office at
Kutztown University.

Sarah’s leadership has been instrumental in improving operational efficiency, the efficacy of our SBDC programming, and the behind-the-scenes organization that allows our program to grow and succeed. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, hard work, and the positive impact she has had on our
mission and our members.
