Jourdann Latney embarked on her entrepreneurial journey last year when she opened to LiveIt Up! in January 2023. Her passion for crafting delicious, all-natural, cold-pressed healthy fruit juices stems from her desire to promote wellness and vitality within her community.
Seeking out expert advice, Latney reached out to the SBDC to navigate starting and growing a small business. That’s when she connected with her SBDC advisor, Samira Savoury – through advising Samira helped to shape LiveIt Up!’s trajectory. While celebrating LiveItUp’s participation in several notable community events last year, Lautney continued her entrepreneurship journey as a participant in the Launcher Program, a 12-week intensive to help drive small business management skills in Delaware. Through Launcher, Wilmington Kitchen Collective, and PLANIT’s Entrepreneurship Training Program, Lautner has continued to polish her business acumen and learn from her support network.
