Our Team

Jill McAndrew joined the Delaware SBDC in August 2022 as the Community Navigator Program Coordinator, quickly demonstrating her expertise in data analysis, client experience, and operational management. As the Navigator Program ended, Jill was promoted to Data & Operations Coordinator, now supporting the Delaware SBDC across key services and specialty programs. Working closely with the SBDC Lead Office, she leverages both quantitative and qualitative data to drive strategic and innovative organizational decisions. Jill’s work has made a significant impact on how the SBDC responsibly collects, processes, and uses data at every juncture, enabling our team to operate efficiently and deliver top-quality services to our clients.  

 Jill holds a B.A. in Media Communications from the University of Delaware, a UX Design Certificate from DesignLab, and is up to date with the latest in artificial intelligence with both AI-U and Google AI Essentials certifications. Jill is deeply committed to understanding and addressing the needs of Delaware’s small business owners, focusing on identifying operational pain points and developing effective solutions for both the SBDC and its clients.
