As a Technology Business Advisor, Elyce Hall has a hand on the pulse of innovation here in Delaware. Bringing extensive strategic marketing and product management expertise, Elyce supports SBDC clients across technology and innovative sectors to grow and commercialize. With her background spanning financial services, energy, chemical, and manufacturing, she excels in refining business strategies and guiding commercialization efforts. Notably, clients also benefit from her leadership and hands-on support through the SBDC’s iDEa Lab Program, an 8-week cohort helping develop and refine business foundations with WKI methodology. 

Elyce holds a BS in Marketing from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of Delaware, where she was honored as a Chaplin Tyler Fellow for her outstanding academic achievement and leadership. She further enhances her capabilities with a Clinical Trials Management Certification and is a WKI Methodology Certified Coach.
