Naturally Well: From Personal Healing to Helping Others Thrive

When Stacey Row opened the doors to Naturally Well in 2024, she wasn’t just launching a new business—she was sharing a deeply personal mission to help others reclaim their health naturally. Located in Lewes, Delaware, Naturally Well is a holistic wellness center focused on detoxification, whole-body health, and toxin-free living.

The Naturally Well Journey

Stacey’s journey to opening her own business began long before she opened the doors to her customers. With over 20 years in the medical field as an occupational therapist, she always prioritized health, but a breast cancer diagnosis was the turning point that transformed her view of wellness.

During her recovery, she did a deep dive into what whole-body wellness truly meant. Learning more about natural wellness, she came to realize that many of the products she had trusted were filled with harmful toxins. For Stacey, this discovery changed everything.

What began as a personal journey quickly evolved into a professional calling. Stacey immersed herself in studying the lymphatic system and environmental toxins, earning multiple certifications in advanced detox techniques—including the popular ‘Detox by Rebecca’ method, LPG Endermologie, and environmental toxin coaching. Today, she is proud to be the only certified Detox by Rebecca and LPG Endermologie provider in the state of Delaware.

At Naturally Well, services are designed to both detoxify and rejuvenate. Clients can choose from Brazilian lymphatic drainage treatments, infrared sauna wellness pod sessions, red and blue light therapy, cupping, toxin coaching, and more. These therapies help remove toxins, boost immunity, sculpt the body, and support emotional and physical healing—all without the use of harsh chemicals.

Launching a business is no small feat—but with the guidance of the Delaware Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Stacey’s vision became a reality.

“The Delaware SBDC has been extremely helpful with every step of opening my business,” she says. “My advisor, Tom Thunstrom, answered every question and was such a wealth of information. I wouldn’t have been able to do this as smoothly and efficiently without his help.”

Stacey’s success is a testament to the power of combining passion with professional support. With Naturally Well now open and thriving, Stacey continues to educate and empower her clients to detox their bodies, remove environmental toxins from their lives, and embrace a preventative approach to wellness.
