In November 2024, Hailey and her team celebrated a major milestone: receiving a $50,000 EDGE Grant from the Division of Small Business and Governor John Carney. The grant will support For Looks Studios as it expands its services and hires additional staff—an exciting step forward in the studio’s continued growth.

The Delaware SBDC has also played a key role in the studio’s success. With support from advisor Lisette Cabrera-Galloza, Hailey received valuable assistance in marketing research and financial projections. “The SBDC has been an amazing resource for my business. From marketing research to financial projections they were able to assist in every way possible,” Hailey shared. This behind-the-scenes work helped position the business for expansion and long-term success.
