FedEx recently invited Hatching Time to walk onto the field during the Eagles vs. Washington football game to be recognized as FedEx ‘Customer Of The Game’. Ryan Flanagan (Co-CEO) brought his father, Neil Flanagan, onto the field with him to be featured on the Jumbotron at FedEx Field. Unfortunately, Yagiz Aksu (Co-CEO) was not able to attend the game but was there in spirit!
Flanagan shared his excitement: “Walking through the player’s tunnel and being recognized on the field for our partnership and sales growth was an amazing experience and one I will never forget!”
Hatching Time has developed a mutually rewarding relationship with FedEx and ships products throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Hatching Time looks forward to many more great years with FedEx.
Customer feedback is key to new product development for Hatching Time. Hatching Time tends to launch new products yearly and upgrade lines bi-annually. Adapting to the market and customer requests is a critical aspect of running a successful business for Hatching Time.
“You Asked, We Delivered” seems to be Hatching Time’s tagline now. In Q1 of 2022, Hatching Time will be launching a Facebook marketplace alternative for the poultry and farming community. Hatching Time’s customers regularly inquire about where to buy healthy livestock, and they’ve heard far too many stories of customers purchasing unhealthy birds from disreputable sources. Hatching Time aims to bring reputable buyers and sellers together through one easy-to-use platform. To promote healthy birds, buyers can turn to verified ‘shop’ reviews to vet sellers. Also, farms that join with NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) certification will be highlighted, providing shoppers with more peace of mind when purchasing. Anything sold on farms can be posted here – animals, produce, farm equipment, or even that old incubator you’re getting rid of since you’ve upgraded to a Hatching Time unit!
