Our Team

Randi Dominick serves as the Data & Operations Coordinator for the SBDC, where she supports data-driven reporting, program operations and performance tracking. In her role, she helps strengthen processes, monitor key performance indicators, and translate data into meaningful insights that support organizational goals, informed decision-making, and operational efficiency. Randi brings experience in data visualization, KPI development and monitoring, and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Her interdisciplinary background in behavioral science, business, and technology allows her to approach organizational challenges with both an analytical and people-focused perspective.

Randi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University in 2023 and her MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2026. She also holds a Full-Stack Web Development certification from Tech Elevator, completed in 2023.
