Our Team

Nick Strickland is a chemical engineer with extensive market and business development experience at DuPont, interfacing with DuPont’s customers and suppliers. Recognized for collaboratively leading teams, Nick is recognized for his ability to develop proprietary products and create positive market energy resulting in high-margin revenue growth. In 2006, with the full support of DuPont’s executive team, he spun out a product concept, maintained his employment, and built and sold a new brand over 11 years. 

Nick enjoys mentoring ambitious entrepreneurs – having worked with the Technology and Innovation Team at Delaware SBDC for a few years, he supported the SSBCI Technical Assistance program in 2025 and continues his work as a general Business Advisor. 

Outside of business development, Nick is married with two children and lives in Wilmington, DE.
