Maria Freudenthal is a dedicated Business Advisor, distinguished by her multilingual abilities and a strong commitment to empowering entrepreneurs. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has honed her skills in community support and development, beginning in Connecticut where she coordinated English language programs and support services. Since 2017, she has been a driving force within Delaware SBDC, assisting both established businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs pursue funding, start businesses, and manage growth. Her approach is characterized by her ability to create a welcoming and secure environment, fostering confidence and problem-solving skills in her clients. Maria pilots the Delaware SBDC’s initiative to expand service delivery in Spanish, building relationships with community organizations and individuals looking for technical assistance and support.  

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Universidad Central de Chile. She further enhances her expertise with certifications in Nonprofit Management from University of Delaware and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Norwalk Community College and is up to date with the latest technology with a Google AI Essentials certification.
