Lissette joined the Small Business Development Center in 2020, bringing over 15 years of banking expertise as an Associate Vice President and Branch Manager at WSFS Bank. Her deep understanding of banking, business development, and customer service is a significant asset to her role as a Business Advisor, helping clients pursue lending and grant funding opportunities with an impressive success rate.  Her strong organizational, strategic, and industry-based skills have helped entrepreneurs sort out finances, find space, shift to meet changing environments or team needs, and more. Li’s honest but empathetic approach has fostered strong community connections, helping businesses access helpful, in-demand SBDC resources at every turn. 

 Lissette is Growth Wheel Certified, pursuing Artificial Intelligence and RMA certifications, and supports Delaware SBDC’s initiative to expand service delivery in Spanish. Lissette is passionate about providing tailored guidance to her local community and is a go-to resource for clients looking to grow their business.
