ANP Technologies, Inc. (ANP) is a biotechnology company focused on the application of nanotechnology in drug delivery, detection of bio warfare agents, and medical diagnostics. Although the company has experience selling to the B2B market, including federal, state, local, and commercial markets, ANP had little experience marketing to the consumer market. ANP’s goal was to develop business strategies to address the consumer market in order to generate sustainable revenue from their products.


ANP worked with Trellist Marketing and Technology to create a strategic marketing plan that detailed the commercialization of their products and identified a sustainable consumer base. The plan outlined specific marketing tactics including product design, packaging, distribution, brand recognition, and demand generation techniques.


The new marketing strategy has enabled ANP to identify the necessary steps required to launch their product into a new market. They have also applied these recommendations to their own internal efforts towards product distribution and sell through.
