Long-time SBDC client Chef Mike Clampitt, owner of Po’ Boys Creole and Fresh Catch, took home first place in the Top Chef of the Culinary Coast competition on June 11. In addition to winning the first prize, he also won the Food We Couldn’t Live Without category. Awards were not chosen by a panel, but by the hundreds of people who turnedout to sample the foods of the 15 different chefs.

Po’ Boys Creole and Fresh Catch is located on Rt. 16 in Milton, Delaware and serves authentic Creole/Cajun cuisine with some Southern Soul Food.
